The new warden is lockdown happy. He says if the deuces (an alarm set off by prison staff) go off four times, the entire prison will be locked down for a week. That’s punishing everyone for the actions of a few. Whoever is causing a problem is taken to the SHU, so why should we all have to suffer for an incident that the staff has already contained? When we’re locked down, we lose all of our callouts for medical care.
