Prison Pulse Report

A SIS officer filed an incident report claiming that he reviewed footage from the NICEVISION camera and saw me enter a cell and assault another inmate. He said I exited the cell with my clothes disheveled. They would not let me see the footage. So, I requested that a staff rep watch the footage as well as the DHO. I was then found not guilty and the shot was expunged. The SIS investigator came to the SHU during his rounds and told me he knew I had asked for a staff rep, and he knew the shot would be expunged, but he didn’t care. He said he was going to ship us all.

I ended up staying in the SHU for 57 days (I was sent there Sept. 18, 2023; my hearing was Oct. 5; and I was transferred to FCI Aliceville on Nov. 14, based only on his fabrication.

(The reason why I was targeted was this: There was a fight between two couples in cell 201. I was 46 years old and everyone fighting was about 23. They looked up to me so I went in the cell to try to stop them from fighting. They went to the SHU for the fighting, but an hour later two other girls assaulted a friend of the couple, who had tried to jump into the fight. When SIS investigated, the couple in the SHU wouldn’t talk so, instead of doing a thorough investigation he just closed it and wrote up that false report.)
