Between Jan. 1 and June 12, we spent just 18% of our time out of our cell (altogether, the equivalent of 29.6 days). January and February were particularly bad. We only spent four hours out of our cells in January and 15 in February.

Jan-March: 214 hours out of cell out of 2,160. Less than 10% out of cell. As of June 12, we spent 709.75 hours out of our cells (out of 3,936). That included 76 days locked down and 14 days out of our cells two hours or less. On 10 of the days, we got two to four hours out.
