I have filed a 2241 habeas petition.about the use of mass punishment here. The captain came to each unit and told 120 inmates in each the eight units that if anyone tries to check in to protective custody without being assaulted, his entire unit will lose their privileges.This promotes violence among inmates Now, they will be co-conspirators for every assault and/or killing that results from this directive. My writ was filed on Sept.13, 2024. I have also filed a complaint with BOPs Internal Affairs and filed a BP-8.
