We can only make four phone calls a day, 10 minutes per call. And after every call there is a 90-minute wait. (They also don’t turn the phones on until at 6 a.m. and they are shut off at 9:30 p.m.) If you have a job or class outside of the unit, you are basically screwed. How can you possibly speak with family members who work in such a restricted amount of time?
