We have been locked in at 5:45 p.m. every day since June 2024! We were told then that it would only last until August due to staff shortages… But now it’s March, and nothing has changed, nor have we been given any information on when/if we’ll be going back to normal operations.
Update: The warden now says she’s not letting us up until people quit checking in and keeping the SHU full. So, they obviously have the staff to keep the facility open. But we can’t control who decides to check in.
