They told us today that effective immediately, we will be locked in our cells at 3:30 p.m. for 4 p.m. count and then we’ll come out when it’s done to eat. As soon as we’re done, we’ll lock back down until the next day. Also, they took away our Sunday visiting days, so now the visiting room is ONLY open on Saturdays. They say it’s because of insufficient budget.
