The inmates are all being malnourished because they are fed inedible slop (when they’re not getting peanut butter and bread). They are not given any cups so they can’t drink the powdered milk they’re sometimes offered or drink anything else with meals. They’re being collectively punished due to fake claims by the guards, so they don’t get any fresh air or outside time. Staff for programs don’t show up three quarters of the time. And they go months with no hot water to shower or wash their dishes.
