The phones in my unit have so much static on them that it is almost impossible to carry on a conversation. I don’t even call people anymore unless they insist because I get tired of repeating myself. And I certainly get tired of calls being disconnected. I’d rather email or write. Other units have this problem, but then the phones are fixed. I don’t know what the hang up is here.
This unit is the best on the compound in many ways but the staff over it is the worst when it comes to doing things for us. We dont even have an iron and all other units do. They won’t give us a new one.
