We just came off a lockdown that lasted from August 22 until October 6. Then on October 10, a gang fight broke out on the yard and an officer killed an inmate. We were locked back down until October 17. Since June 19, we have only been out of our cells for 13 days in total. Yet we are supposed to be out for 13 hours a day according to policy.
