Last night I received a rejection for my family’s Shutterfly book, yet so many other outside sources are allowed in. They say there is policy from region rejecting Shutterfly, so I asked for that and was told I could not have it. I also have a crochet pattern that has been held in the mail room for over three weeks. I know it’s there because my family pays for tracking on the things they send. I have talked to four administrative staff and received a different answer from each.
