Our movement is significantly restricted here. I work, but general population is only getting showers (in restraints as they walk to and from their cells) every Monday and Wednesday. There’s no access to phones or computers.
The latest lockdown was called after there was a stabbing and four fights on separate days — all due to fights over the phones or computers. We were on modified operations at the time, so there was the usual mad dash for the phones and computers, since there aren’t enough of them. Naturally, fights break out. There are only four phones in each unit for about 120 guys.
