My counselor and the assistant warden searched our cells and gave over 20 of us write-ups for having commissary items in a net bag under our beds, because we have lockers with no shelves. Then, when we were supposed to see the UDC (unit disciplinary committee), our counselor warned us not to argue or say anything, or we’s receive 90 days of commissary restriction. I’ve been here since August 28, and they’ve never posted anything in the unit about how our cells are supposed to look.
Before going to the UDC, i asked my counselor about it and he told me the assistant warden already took our commissary for 60 days, and if I go in there with an attitude or argue, it will be 90 days. They never even really served me my write-up. They just left it on my bunk and when I came in from recreation Saturday morning at 9:30 a.m. I found it. And this too: My counselor was part of this incident, so how is it ok that he is part of my UDC?
