On 10/31/25, Lt. Rogers and Lt. Lablanc brought me to the lieutenant’s office and showed me a letter I had written to my judge, which they intercepted. They tried to intimidate and threaten me, then refused to mail the letter. On 11/3/25, Special Investigative Agent Penley interviewed me about the letter and its allegations. Then he launched a PREA investigation into some of my claims, explaining that per PREA policy I would be assigned a staff rep to make sure over the next 90 days I was not retaliated against, and that any time I was taken to SHU or written up, my “rep” would review it to make sure it wasn’t retaliatory. In spite of my efforts to get psychology, administration, the AW and warden to follow that promise and policy, the exact opposite has happened. So, I grieved it…
