Staff moved Grace [his trans cellmate] out of my cell in retaliation for putting me in touch with Pam [More Than Our Crimes]. They came to our cell yesterday and asked who put Pam’s contact information in my hands. I told them that you are an activist and my cellmate is allowed to give me your email address They said Grace was “stirring shit up” and thus they were moving her to a cell in another wing where I no longer have any contact with her. They also took my other cellmate, Andy Goodall, and put her in the cell with Grace. Then they took all their property and possessions, stripped them down to paper clothing, which they call “alternative clothing,” and put a huge rubber dam in front of their cell to prevent Grace from fishing with other inmates to help them with their legal work, prepare for DHO, file appeals, etc. Well, she sure can’t help anybody now. They have her all the way in the back with nothing in her cell. And when I say nothing I mean nothing. I could hear her screaming all night begging the officers for some toilet paper. They even took her toilet paper, can you believe that shit?
