We have been without a warden for three years. They have had people come in and act as warden for a month or two at a time. We have been with only one assistant warden for over a year now. That is just the tip of the ice berg for Sheridan. The psychology department is missing a drug and alcohol coordinator, MAT coordinator, five staff psychologists and I believe four or five drug treatment specialists. That does not count the short staff issue that includes no supervisor of recreation.
