Due to a week of training for staff, we did not have any moves after dinner for the last three days! And for me, work has been very hit and miss. I was talking to a staff member as I walked back to the unit after trying to go to work one day. He asked why I was walking the wrong way on the move. Then he said, “You have been here long enough LaFleur, what’s wrong with you? Are you just being stupid or what?” Trust me when I say that the words that came to my mind were not very good at all! I really wanted to give him a piece of my mind! I had done the right thing. I tried to go to work and there was no one there. What did he want me to do? Did he expect me to just stand at the door and hang out?
