We still have massive leaks in the ceilings/roofs. A very large section of our kitchen dining area has not had seating in a long time and of course everywhere else leaks. Our gym floor is divided in half for workout equipment and the leaks have destroyed the hardwood. There is a two-foot board that has lifted up and is just standing there. The previous raised boards were removed over a year ago and have never been replaced, so another part of the floor is unusable. It would make sense to take the hardwood off down to the concrete flooring, but instead there are just areas that cannot be used. Obviously no one here knows how to lay/replace hardwood. The leaks are all over in rec. Band-aides do not fix the issues that continue to grow here. Out of all this, the nicest thing is the outstanding horticulture program with colorful flowers all over and an actual vegetable garden that supplies the kitchen.
