A guard here has been allowing an inmate to use his computer, changing the grades of GED students in return for $50. The inmate also marked the students as present instead of absent. The inmate brags about it. But it’s bigger than even that. The inmate also can view other AICs’ information. Meanwhile, the guard gets credit for having so many students pass the GED. The problem is, almost no one was actually taking the classes.
