Note that we used to get notifications about why we were locked down or confined to the unit, but not any longer. We don’t know why this is happening.
2- confined to unit (U)
You may think it is ok to be out of the cell but confined to our unit. However, this still means we cannot participate in programming, go to the law library, go outside, etc. The stress of never knowing and not being able to get into a routine is very hard to deal with.

Note that of the 15 or so days we were locked into our cells, we were only allowed to shower on four of them. So, for half a month, i was forced to live in filth.
JULY
