Prison Pulse Report

I was at FCI Gilmer when I was sexually and physically assaulted by a lieutenant, inside his office. After I had arthroscopic surgery, they manufactured a couple of incident reports, and they sent me to USP Hazelton to cover themselves. I told the officers there that I had a bottom bunk pass because of that, but no one cared. Then, November 24, 2024, I slipped on the ladder while climbing down and rebroke my shoulder. Staff tried multiple times to fix it, then sent me to the hospital. Doctors there put my arm in a sling and said i needed to see a bone specialist. I was sent back to Hazelton. Staff knew I shouldn’t have been up there on the top bunk, so they modified my medical file to make it look like I been given a bottom bunk pass only after I fell.

I finally saw a bone specialist. He stated that I need reconstructive surgery using a bone transplant from a cadaver.  I returned to the Hazelton SHU with a shoulder still broken. Nevertheless, they lifted my medical hold and shipped me to USP Big Sandy. Staff there saw that I never signed a refusal for medical treatment, so they contacted regional and had me shipped back to Hazelton. Months latter, I was teamed and it shown I had FCI points, so I was sent to the medium facility on the same campus. Bottom line: I have suffered with a broken shoulder for 20 months!
