Lt. C. was disrespectful to a prisoner named E.C., handcuffing and then beating him. Multiple parties said Lt. C. broke E.C.’s jaw, requiring a liquid diet. Word has it that E.C. was moved from the SHU at FCI Victorville to "hide him" until he was released at the end of April, so no one saw his injuries. Lt. C. observed another inmate assault on June 14, 2022, by Lt. F. and CO V. The latter later assaulted another prisoner (“Wizard”) on October 11, 2023. We were locked down October 11-24, 2023, as a result. Wizard was reportedly shipped to USP Atwater.
