Prison administration removed access to the law library from each unit. Now there are only six computers in this entire prison of 1,500 inmates that can be used to access legal resources, and they are in the law library. The law library can be used only during certain hours. There used to be three computers in each unit, so thats 36 computers that have been taken off line from the law library.
