This place is locked down more than I’ve EVER seen.They have only been up a little over two months this year. The bus comes every other week, and when it comes, they let us out for one or two days. Then they say the SHU is full again, so it’s back behind the door. But here’s the thing: They run everything else, and say it’s “modified” operations. When we question, they say if something happens they have nowhere to put anyone. But what if something happens ANYWHERE? It just doesn’t make sense. We can’t program AT ALL. It’s terrible.
