The toilet for handicapped persons in the waiting room for Medical has been locked for a year, despite the fact that staff has a key. We can't go anywhere except back to the exam area when (if) they come and get you or if they unlock the exit door for hourly movement. In addition, my CPAP machine (which I personally purchased for $3,000 and brought with me into prison) never made it here when I transferred and has not been replaced since March 2023! Meanwhile, my sight has gotten so bad due to cataracts in both eyes that I can barely see. A friend types my messages for me. I've been pending to see the eye surgeon since 2023. They tell me it will take two more years before I can have surgery. claiming a long waiting list....
