My right back tooth broke in March 2024. I have electronically and in person requested assistance since then. I was told by medical that my name would be placed on a list to be seen by dental. I was then told by the dentist that he cannot provide me with the assistance I need because the dental office is understaffed. However, he said my name would be placed on a list to remove the rest of the tooth. I am currently dealing with a great deal of discomfort and pain, since an abscess has developed. I have green puss flowing from an open wound in the same area. The right side of my face is swollen, I cannot eat properly, I cannot chew. I have been back and forth to medical requesting something to help relieve the pain. I have been told by medical staff to purchase generic aspirin, Tylenol or Motrin from commissary because they will not give me anything until I have tried them (I have done that). I am a very bad position.
