Sunday night’s dinner was supposed to be chicken and rice. So, they sat the chicken out to be thawed on Tuesday the 12th for Sunday night’s meal, But then, since the hoods had to be cleaned Sunday, we got sack lunches on Sunday night. Staff first shift decided that the chicken and rice would be cooked for Sunday lunch instead and on Friday, they cooked the rice and put it in the fridge. When staff second shift staff found out about it, they said first shift can’t cook for second shift and threw away all 100 lbs of cooked rice! Now, the chicken that was supposed to be cooked on Sunday is still sitting seven days later,
Plus, the food has been really cold lately, They don’t keep it warm at all.
