They are forcing us to change cells every six months instead of every year, and we have no say as to where. It's emotionally destabilizing, because it's hard to get "comfortable." Plus it's just another loss of control. For example, I'll lose my TV view and watching my favorite shows at night helps me cope with my prison time.
