I went to sick call this morning and it is closed once again because of a “lack of staff.” This happens on a average twice a week, and sick call is never offered on Wednesdays. When you go to sick call, you’re not even seen; you fill out a sick call sheet and then when the secretary/nurse shows up, you’re told you will be put on the call out.
We don’t even have a dentist here. I bet there are 20 men running around here with infections and swollen faces. They are seen by a dental assistant who tells them there is no money for a dentist and it might be a year before they are seen. Medical or dental, you never get treated, only talked to, Yet they write down in your medical records that you have been treated. The medical people say they are understaffed and don’t have any money.
