Mold, mildew and leaky pipes plague all the facilities and housing units. It’s not uncommon to see puddles of water on the floors when it rains. Pipes leak and drip water from the ceiling in the cafeteria and housing units. As a result, many AICs have slipped and fallen. There are exposed wires and broken lights. Many telephones and computers have been broken for months, in some cases, almost a year. The law library computers have been down for a month, preventing us from printing or accessing legal resources.
