They are getting ready for someone here. They are power washing all the buildings and painting. They are replacing the light bulbs too. It is insane. i have never seen them do any of this.
Facilities took all of the library’s budget so they could pour concrete. So now the library can’t even get tape to tape up the books or order anything. They have no money. Before, they took re-entry’s budget and used it for the MAT program. What is crazy is that while they got money to do the concrete, the ceilings in the kitchen and dining hall are dripping. It rained two days ago, and yesterday iI was sitting there eating and water came from the ceiling. It has never been fixed. The ceilings in the TV rooms are still leaking. Where does all the money go?
Two of the refrigerators are broken. The oven keeps breaking. The butcher doesn’t clean the meat off of the slicer and then others use it for other things. That meat has been sitting over night. The staff does not care. The unit manager talks to us like men and throws things like towels in our faces or touches us when he shouldn’t. They all say that if someone does something to upset us then we should fight it out. They don’t care.
