It’s ridiculous, the amount of time they lock down here. I’m talking weeks on end. The only form of communication between prisoners and family have is letters. They are let out only for showers Monday, Wednesday and Friday.
When the lockdowns first started it was due to short staff; now they don 't give a reasoning for them (one person was told the SHU is full). The last lockdown began on August 15 and is still continuing. AICs were let out for two hours Monday, Wednesday and Friday.for the first two weeks for showers only. Now they are allowed to use the phone and computers.
The lockdown before that was from July 15 until July 29.
