I was just in the Lewisburg holdover (for AICs in transit) for two weeks. There were no phone calls allowed, no emails, no contact with the outside world. They had us locked in the cells for over 22 hours a day, and they felt like an oven. We sweat nonstop! A guy died from being ove heated.
