For months, the dining hall was shut down, forcing us to eat cold cuts on a daily basis for dinner. The dining hall was only back up and running about a month ago. In addition, the commissary has been running low on items to buy, including stamps and hygiene supplies. We’re told this will continue until October 6, when the institution will receive more budget.
