We went from getting four rolls of toilet paper to three per inmate for a two-week period. And the rolls that they gave us were smaller. The excuse was that they don’t have the money to give us more. It’s been two weeks and we were supposed to get our allotment of TP is Tuesday. But they delayed and then on Thursday they gave us all one roll until they can buy some from the commissary. If they can’t afford to give us the basic things we need for survival — food, water and toilet paper — then they need to start letting people go home.
