When my cousin was imprisoned at FCI Victorville in California. He developed a testicular growth around Christmas of 2023, which was scheduled to be removed in late February 2024. However, the week before the surgery, he was transferred to FCI Thomson for no known reason and since then has not received any medical treatment other than Advil and Tylenol. He has extreme pain in his groin area, which has caused him to cease nearly all physical activity. It is more than just discomfort; it is agonizing pain. As you may imagine he feels abandoned, alone and scared.
He has filed a BP-8, 9 and 10 to no avail.
