In “D” unit, there are two floors plus the basement, where I live with 14 dogs and 27 handlers. The pipes in the walls burst and water leaked all the way into the basement and flooded our rooms with a 1/2″ of water! So, they turned our water off and we are sweaty as hell and can’t shower!
