Prison Pulse Report

When I was at USP Big Sandy in September 2024, I was involved in a car crash (two groups or gangs in a riot). It was 18 people vs. two and I was among the two. I was stabbed three times, in the face and butt, and I suffered a punctured lung. I was taken to an outside hospital and was there for six days. When they released me from the hospital, I was placed in the SHU with a threat assessment (saying I’m not allowed back on the compound because that my life is in danger). I was supposed to be shipped out, but SIS cleared me for whatever reason to go back to the compound. They were supposed to protect me. I was stabbed again in my neck two weeks later.
