I was in the process of being screened for the MAT program. The day before I had a medical call-out to start the program, I was called to the lieutenant’s office for a urine test and was found positive for suboxone. (I suspect one of the staff reported that I was about to join MAT because I had been using.) But that’s why I wanted to start the program! To kick the habit! I was penalized by taking away 41 good-time days and three months of halfway house."
