On May 7, my cellmate was assaulted on the rec yard, due to false information given to his homeboys by the unit officer! On the same day I was confronted by the same officer of I unit, in a racist, disrespectful manner. He forced me to move out of my cell and called me nigger in front of other white staff members who were working in of unit at the time.
I demanded to know why he was moving me, when that is the counselor’s job. He said he didn’t care about the fucking counselor and that anyone can move “niggers like you. I’m the officer of this unit and you will do what I fucking tell you to do, nigger!”
I also told him that I couldn’t move into the new cell because the guy also has a bottom bunk pass! I showed him my medical status form from my latest program review (April 8, 2026). He said I didn’t get that status from that prison. in which, he stated that i do not have one from this prison. Then, he told me he will make some calls about me to Medical. At the time, i didn’t know that his mother (Pamela Polly) works in Medical. Later, he told me to report to the Medical Dept to pick up my new medical duty status form. Once I got there I discovered that his mother had stripped me of my lower bunk pass without me being seen by a doctor, at a time when the medical administration had gone home. I have had a bottom bunk pass since 2013!
On May 15, Officer Polly heard me ask my counselor for two BP-8s: one for Medical and the other one for staff. He followed me into the hallway and said: “I hope you are not trying to file or snitch on me and my mother on them fucking BP-8s, nigger. If you do, i’m going to your fucking homeboys and tell them that you are filing on me and snitching. I hope that they kill your fucking black ass. I told him, that he is fucking with the wrong one! Then he stated he would get me moved out of the program unit by shaking my cell down and finding a weapon and drugs inside of my locker if I filed on him.
He is targeting just black prisoners. And, not doing anything to the mexicans or white inmates at all.
By the way, the inmate he placed me with is a junkie (K2 smoker) and jacker who told me he doesn’t like Muslims in the cell with him. He told the officer that he will kill me if I’m not moved. The officer told him to go ahead and kill “that nigger” because I file on staff.
Staff here already killed a DC homie (Malik Carter) and a white boy in the SHU, and staff told me two weeks ago (outside chow hall) that if I don’t stop filing on staff I will end up like them once they get me in the hole.
Regarding Carter’s death, this appeared in local media in February: Raykeyah Carter said families of other inmates at the USP Lee warned them that guards were severely beating her brother. “They shared a deeply disturbing account of what my brother may have endured while in custody. These accounts include reports of prolonged physical abuse, the use of extreme restraints, denial of medical care despite visible injuries, isolation and solitary confinement and even the shutting off of basic necessities like water.”
