A lieutenant who is the acting captain came up to me and said, “I don’t care what’s in your pockets; I just want your nipple.” He reached into my top pocket and rubbed my nipple. He then said, “Those are sure hard nipples.” He repeated a bunch of similar comments like a fisherman would brag about a big fish he caught. What is worse is that there was another lieutenant and a compound officer right next to him when he assaulted me, and they did nothing.
