I enrolled in the Challenge program in November 2023. But we've been short-staffed, which means locked down a lot. (They usually operate with four treatment specialists, and 20 people per caseload. But since April, they've been down to two treatment specialists.) And THAT means we can't program! There are people here for 15-24 months who haven't been able to start yet.
