Three guys ran into my room with makeshift knives and stabbed me repeatedly. No one was making rounds like they were supposed to, so after 20 minutes of trying to defend myself the best way possible, I ran out of the cell and into the CO’s office, asking him for help and to call medical fast. I felt like I was about to die from losing so much blood. He just looked at me, then picked up the phone. He never hit the duress button. And they never brought a medical cart. They just came after about 10 minutes and walked me up to medical to get stitched up. (I was stabbed in the head six times and in the back twice. I needed about 15 stitches.) Then I was locked up afterward, for 73 days. (All three of my assailants were sent to the SHU. Two came back to the yard and the third was sent to another spot. I being transferred out too, but I don’t know to where yet.
