Prison Pulse Report

Every department -- rec, commissary, chow hall, medical, education, etc. -- has guards stealing large amounts of food and goods. They order TVs for Rec, and they end up in the guards' cars to be taken either home or to a friend or family member. They say they are replacing electronics, without actually putting them where they are supposed to go. The guards get away with it because they allow inmates to practice their drug trade and other things. The inmates own the guards, and the guards own the inmates. The financial books will tell it all; they are obviously fudging the numbers. In addition, food bought for the AIC population is being used for staff parties. For example, staff had a fish fry and we weren't served our normal fish dinners for about five weeks afterward.
