This placed was changed from a high to a low. But it is still run as a USP: locked max-security cells, locked range doors, two unit doors and so on. All movement is controlled. All lockdowns are in 8 x12 cells with slots for food.
When a fight occurs, cell searches are conducted facility-wide, not just in the unit or range where the fights take place. If there is a fight in H, everyone gets locked down and strip searched across the board. When they say drugs have been sent to the mailroom, everyone, not just the addressee or the people in his unit, is searched and questioned. EVERYONE gets locked down for three weeks and strip searched multiple times.
