An epileptic prisoner had a seizure last week. The guards ignored pleas from other prisoners to get him medical attention. They said there were no medical personnel on site to attend to him. Then the man had another seizure, so ... these people wrote him up with a major-level misconduct report and threw hm in the special housing unit (SHU) for three days!!! Staff claimed there was no medical personnel on the premises throughout the episode.
