There are six phones per unit for 128 inmates, and each phone is segregated for a certain group. So, some people don’t get to use the phone. The administration allows this to go on and will not place more phones in the unit, creating tension among the inmates. Staff just sitsback and watches inmates get bullied. That is wrong. They should enforce the rule that any inmate can get on any open phone. If an inmate is told to get off, the person doing the bullying should get locked up. I want to stand up for them because I grew up being bullied. But i also have to remember that I have to stay focused on making it home without any tickets.
