Visitation has been cut back. Only one side of the prison can have visits each day of the weekend. So, for example, I’m on the yellow side. If the blue side has Saturday for visits, the yellow side has Sundays. My wife travels from another state, so the warden approved me to visit both days. BUT, on the day the blue side goes out, I have to sit behind the glass in the non-contact room!
In addition, even though we now can have pictures taken with our visitors, we can’t touch each other. We have to stand side by side, with space in between.
