A male in the process of becoming a female transferred from a USP to a medium-security women's prison. He/she proceed to engage in sex with several of the residents, one became pregnant. It was later learned the trans prisoner has AIDS, but the women say no HIV test was offered. The trans prisoner was sent to the SHU.
